Periphery

I’ll have to put my hand on my heart here and admit that until I got the brief from Total Guitar to shoot Periphery I’d never heard of the genre Djent.

Djent, born from underground metal, feels like a real community – nutured on the internet and without some of the pretensions perhaps seen in other genres.

The guys from Periphery were total gents (or should that be djents) happily standing on a freezing cold fire escape with the danger of having to dodge studio lights flying through the air at any second (thank you Bristol wind).
